Process and Capabilities
Basecoat
Using spray and flowcoat: thermal and UV-cure, we apply a thin coat of metallic lacquer to even out all of the imperfections on the substrate to achieve the shiny, reflective surface.
Metallization
We utilize physical vapor deposition (PVD), a process where we evaporate the metal, alloy, or compound in a vacuum.
Topcoat
To make sure the metal film is well protected, we apply a top coat using an in-chamber and spray.
